RETURNS & EXCHANGES
REGULAR-PRICED MERCHANDISE
- To request a return or exchange on eligible items, submit your request within 15 days of your order fulfillment date on our RETURNS PORTAL.
- Please return items in original packaging unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags. Your exchange or returns should ship your return to:

- Pharaoh is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in shipping
- FULL REFUNDS will only be issued for items received back at Pharaoh within 15 days from the date your order was processed.
- An EXCHANGE order will be fulfilled once your returned item has been approved.
- Returned items must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition with all tags still attached.
- Upon inspection of your return, a refund will be issued in the same form as original payment within 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified by email.
- Pharaoh reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
SALES & DISCOUNTS
- All sale items not labeled Final Sale and all items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for online store credit only - refunds to original form of payment will not be issued.

FINAL SALE
- All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
- Masks are Final Sale.
PROCESSING TIMES
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping in the USA on orders of $150 & up.
- We ship UPS Ground, prices vary depending on shipping destination. If you would like expedited shipping or international shipping, we can proceed with that at an additional charge.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
- Orders received before 2pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out within 48-72 hours. Orders received after 2pm PST on weekdays or during the weekend and holidays will be shipped within 48 hours as of the next business day.
